This paper attempt to estimate the effect of partnership financing (PF) on Islamic banks during financial crises using early warning system (EWS). PF has significant impact to reduce the probability of crises in Islamic banks. The results further show that Islamic bank with high economic freedom have higher chances of experiencing crises relative to the Islamic subsidiaries banks. In addition, bank with higher M2/ reserve and GDP growth are significantly has a beneficial impact of reducing crisis probability. Meanwhile for higher market concentration and inflation are more likely to expose bank to have crises.
