Tujuan kajian ini ialah menentukan hubungan antara norma subjektif, sikap keusahawanan dan tanggapan kawalan tingkahlaku dengan kecenderungan keusahawanan. Data kajian telah dikutip melalui soal selidik daripada 56 orang pelatih yang mengikuti pengajian di pusat latihan teknikal. Berdasarkan ujian regresi, norma subjektif dan tanggapan kawalan tingkahlaku mempunyai hubungan dengan kecenderungan keusahawanan. Hasil kajian ini menyediakan input kepada institut latihan teknikal dalam menambahbaik strategi dan aktiviti untuk meningkatkan kecenderungan keusahawanan dalam kalangan pelajar.
This study is aimed at determining the relationship between subjective norm, entrepreneurial attitude, perceived behavior control and entrepreneurial intention. Data of this study was collected through questionnaires from 56 trainees of one technical training center. Based on regression analysis, this study found subjective norm and perceived behavior control had significant relationship with entrepreneurial intention. The findings of this study provide input to technical training institutes in improving their strategies and activities in order to increase the entrepreneurial intention among students.
