Abstract

Kajian ini melihat kepada pengukuran nilai akhlak  yang perlu ada di dalam diri individu untuk keberhasilan kualiti kerja yang baik dan disenangi serta menepati panduan syariat Islam. Konstruk akhlak ini telah diekstrak daripada faktor amanah yang berdasarkan hadith dan bersumberkan ayat-ayat al-Quran. Hasil daripada analisis penjelajahan faktor (Exploratory Factor Analysis-EFA) dan kaedah analisis pengesahan faktor (Confirmatory Factor Analisys-CFA) yang dilakukan  keatas 168 penjawat awam dari tiga jabatan iaitu Polis Diraja Malaysia (PDRM), Jabatan Imigresen dan juga Jabatan Kastam (JKDM) di sekitar Lembang Klang, Selangor mendapati setiap  item didalam sub konstruk akhlak adalah pada tahap yang tinggi (faktor muatan = 0.7) dan (komunaliti = 0.8).  Ini menjelaskan bahawa setiap instrumen akhlak dalam faktor amanah sangat signifikan untuk digunapakai dalam kajian ini. Spesifikasi dan kaedah analisis faktor ini digunakan untuk menganggar kebarangkalian wujud hubungan diantara pembolehubah bebas (cerapan) iaitu nilai akhlak dalam amanah dan kualiti kerja sebagai pembolehubah bersandar (pendam). Hasil kajian mendapati elemen-elemen akhlak menyumbang kepada sifat amanah yang sempurna.

This study looks at the measurement of instruments in moral values (akhlak) ​​that an individual must have in order to produce good and quality of work in Islamic perspective. This instrument has been extracted from trust (amanah) factors based on Hadiths and Al-Quran verses. As a result of the Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) and the Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) analysis of 168 civil servants from three departments, the Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM), the Immigration Department and the Customs Department (JKDM) around Lembang Klang, Selangor found that each item in the sub-construct is in high value (load factor = 0.7) and (communality = 0.8). This explains that each of the instruments in the trust factor is very important in this study. The specifications and methods of analysis of these factors are used to estimate the likelihood of the relationship between independent variables (observable) namely moral value (akhlak) in trust and quality of work as dependent variables (latent). This study found that moral elements contribute to the quality of trust.
