Organizational justice consists of two main elements, which are distributive justice and procedural justice. Recent research from the perspective of organizational support highlights that the implementation of these two elements of organizational justice affects the employees’ behavior, especially job satisfaction. Although many studies have been carried out, the role of organizational justice as a predictor is less discussed in the perceived organizational support context. Therefore, this study was conducted to identify the relationship between organizational justice and job satisfaction among staff at one of the State Secretary Offices in Malaysia. The data obtained were analyzed using SmartPLS software. The results show that the management’s ability in executing the distributive justice and procedural justice systematically was seen to increase job satisfaction in the organization being studied. Besides, this study also discusses the implications of the study towards the theory development, research methods and organizational practitioners.
